1. General Information

1.1. My Art is a sole-owned business offering original paintings inspired by the Caribbean.

1.2. Each piece is unique, hand-painted, and may have slight variations in texture and color.

1.3. By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you are buying a handmade, original artwork and not a mass-produced print.

2. Ordering Process

2.1. Orders can be placed directly through the website.

2.2. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.

2.3. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.4. Custom commissions are available upon request. A deposit may be required before starting commissioned work.

2.5. All sales are final once an order is confirmed, except as stated in the refund policy below.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2. Payments must be made in full before the artwork is shipped.

3.3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

3.4. Custom commissions may require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Delivery is available anywhere within the U.S..

4.2. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the artwork’s size and complexity but typically take 7-14 business days.

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the destination and size of the artwork.

4.4. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

4.5. My Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

4.6. Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final.

5.2. Refunds or exchanges are only available if the artwork arrives damaged.

5.3. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. A refund or replacement will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

5.4. Custom commissions are non-refundable after work has started, as they are created specifically for the client.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

6.1. All artwork and images on this website are the intellectual property of My Art.

6.2. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. The artist retains all reproduction rights.

6.3. The artwork cannot be copied, printed, or reproduced for resale without written permission from My Art.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. Customers are responsible for handling artwork carefully and displaying it in appropriate conditions (avoid direct sunlight, excessive moisture, etc.).

7.2. For custom commissions, customers must provide clear instructions and reference images (if needed).

7.3. Any disputes should be addressed professionally and respectfully—because, just like art, good communication makes life more beautiful!

8.1. My Art reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the website or purchases implies acceptance of the updated terms.
